At times , servers of your Bank Account send late confirmation due to Security Checks or tech issues at their end. Unfortunately , we have to wait for their confirmation before showing your order as a success.
If order is in rejected status then System has Already Generated the Refund Request and your money will be transferred back to your bank account / payment source.
Refund timelines depend on your Payment Source. Usually its 5-7 working days (excluding Bank Holidays or Public Holidays). Very rarely, few of the banks take more than that.

Support Team, I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I faced with a recent order placed through your platform involving Good Flipping Burgers. I had pre-booked a meal by paying ₹50 in advance and intended to avail a 30% discount on my final bill as part of the offer. However, during the payment process, my initial attempt failed. When I contacted the restaurant, they advised me to pay the full bill amount and assured me that Swiggy would refund the discounted value. Based on their guidance, I paid ₹683 (the full bill amount), despite the discounted amount being ₹478. Later, I was informed by Swiggy that I was not eligible for any refund since the offer was not successfully availed. I find this extremely disappointing as I acted in good faith based on the restaurant's assurance. As a customer, this experience has been frustrating and unfair. I request Swiggy to look into this matter and process a refund of ₹204, which is the discount amount I was supposed to receive. I believe either Swiggy or the restaurant should be held responsible for ensuring the offer was honored as promised. Looking forward to a resolution at the earliest. Tanishka Heda - 7666866665
