Food was great as always, but packaging quality has gone down, causing the buns to displace and spill. Food quantity also seems to have gone down, which has further affected the value proposition. Please introduce combos or other such value focused combos for your premium burgers.

The shake that i ordered should have been cold when it was sent or should be sent in better packaging to maintain its temperature. I got a warm caramel shake.
