The Grilla had too much spice maybe? Because it made the taste of the chicken bitter. So maybe use less rub when frying it

The not serving beef vs serving water buffalo is extremely confusing and deceptive. Please be clear about the distinction, I choose not to eat in places that serve beef and seeing the sign, opted for Good flippin burgers only to later discover that you serve buffalo. Yes, there is a difference, but it is a technicality and I wish it was properly clarifed on the menu.
